Climbing Day 2024

Climbing day! We were able to work with the climbers who helped us out from the beginning of the year, and climbed a new face! We had two routs up, one that was very cracky and fun to go up and another that had a really difficult overhang. Amazingly, we had a lot of scouts able to get up the overhang, which was really impressive. everyone was able to go up multiple times before we had to go. We also had lots of scouts able to belay and backup belay, meaning we got to help out our fellow scouts as they climbed to assure safety! It was really cold at first, but we got moving and got warm quickly.
