Today, we went to a cemetery. Wreaths across America is about honoring veteran soldiers who’ve died. We arrived early, and looked at our line of graves. we went to the main building, in front of which people planted a flag. We were at Monocacy Cemetery, but this was happening everywhere. One of the most known places is at Arlington in DC, a cemetery specifically for soldiers. The people who were running it had put flags at the graves of veterans, so we would know where to put the wreaths. We each were allowed to put 1 wreath on three graves, after which we said the person’s name, and thanked them for their service. After we all did that, we took a picture, and left.
